New England Equitation Championships

1. WHERE DO I PARK MY TRAILER? See map provided at time of arrival.

2. WHEN CAN WE RIDE IN THE SHOW RING? The ticketed warm-ups are Wednesday only 7:30 AM – 5 PM.

3. WHERE DO I GET MY TICKETS FOR THE WARM-UP?  In the show office for $25 each.

4. WHEN and WHERE IS THE ADULT PARTY?  The Adult Party is on Thursday evening at the Marriott at 7:30pm.

5. WHEN and WHERE IS THE HORSEMANSHIP EXAM? Friday at 6:00 pm.  at the Marriott. No one may enter exam after 6:45 PM or leave before 6:45PM. Please sign up in the show office.

6. WHEN IS THE JUNIOR PARTY and WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS? Friday, 7PM at the Marriott. Purchase tickets with this form.

7. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHERE MY STALL IS?  Map is located on the opposite end wall of show office on outside wall. For further questions call Patti Harnois at 561-758-5362.

8. WHERE DO I GET A PARKING PASS?  Pick up parking passes in the show office to avoid paying to park.

9. HOW DO I ORDER HAY/GRAIN/SHAVINGS?  Download a Feed & Bedding form here, or call Community Feed at 413-786-2734 or 413-205-5401.

10. WHERE ARE THE VENDORS AND SILENT AUCTION? In a heated room behind the arena on the right hand side.

   11. WHEN WILL WE KNOW ABOUT CHALLENGE OF THE STATES TEAMS?     Teams will be posted after the last Open Class on Saturday. You will then know who is on the team and make any purchases necessary for costumes or decorations for the flag ceremony.

   12. WHAT ARE THE LUNGING RULES? 

NO lunging ever in Coliseum (show ring) and portable schooling rings in parking lot that NEEC makes.
Lunging until 7:00am (Sunday 6:00am) in schooling rings by Coliseum and C-Barn.
Lunging until 7:00am (Sunday 6:00am) in schooling ring between E-Barn and D-Barn.
Lunging anytime out past Visitor Center.
